Q- Who are we?

A- A team of reliable office staff and drivers who are dedicated to get you to your appointments in a timely and safe fashion.

Q-What do we do?

A- We are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company, that does curb to curb pick-ups and drop-offs.

Q-Where do we service?

A- We service the Nassau and Suffolk areas. We also transport to the 5 boroughs as long as the trip originates in Nassau or Suffolk counties.

Q-What is NEMT?

A- NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical TRansport

Q-When does my trip need to be booked?

A- Generally your trip should be booked days prior to appointment. If needed a trip can be put in the day of if there is availability for the trip.

Q- How much time prior to my appointment do I need to schedule my trip?

A- We suggest you book your pickup time an hour prior to your appointment time so we can get you to the appointment on time and in a safely manner.

Q-What should I do if the pickup time and or location is wrong?

A- If this occurs you need to contact you insurance company or whomever set appointment for you.

Q-Do the drivers wear gloves and masks?

A- All of our vehicles have masks, gloves, Lysol or other disinfectant sprays and wipes along with hand sanitizer. We also have a plastic partition between the front and rear of vehicles for driver and passenger safety during this pandemic. And wipe down all the vehicles after every trip.

Q-Who do we transport for?

A- We transport for Nassau and Suffolk Medicaid as well as other HMO insurance companies.

Q-What are our hours of operations?

A- Office hours are from 8 AM- 6 PM. Our transport hours are from 4 Am- 9 Pm. We also have an after hours dispatcher on call.

Q-Can Additional stops be made?

A- Yes, but has to be cleared by the insurance first. For each insurance has its own rules for transportation.
